2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy
You can request to reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of the astrologer.
Rescheduled appointments will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if the consultation is canceled according to our cancellation policy.
For prepaid consultations, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or failure to attend the consultation.
In case of any technical issues on our side (e.g., astrologer unavailable), a full refund or alternate slot will be offered.
